Hello there darlings. I’m Avril. Currently 16 years young.
I pretty much live with my mom & my dad. They’re not the best people in the world…
But I have to live with them until I’m not a minor anymore at least…
My world is messed up. I’m bullied, & haven’t ever had a real friend.
No one really understands me. They think I’m some strange odd person.
So, I pretty much keep to myself…

Chapter One - Another Day at School

I stared at the buzzing alarm clock and groaned. I didn’t really want to go to school, and didn’t want to wake up, but I knew that if they didn’t see me leave the house I would be in big trouble. So with that I forced myself out of bed and walked lazily over to my closet. I grabbed a “Tokio Hotel” band shirt that was black, and some shorts and black leggings. I found my platform boots and decided to wear those with them. They were leopard print. I threw my clothes over my arm and walked to the bathroom.
On my way there I heard yelling coming from the living room. I didn’t even dare look down the hall. I didn’t even want to know what they were doing. I kept my eyes locked on the bathroom door and didn’t move them until I was safely in the bathroom with the door locked and closed. I sighed and sat down leaning against the door for a few minutes with my arms hugging my knees.
“It’ll get better soon, Avril.” I practically told myself. “One day, you’ll be happy with millions of friends who adore you. Or, at least one friend.” I said trying to make myself feel better.
It didn’t work. After I took a shower and got dressed I did my makeup and flat ironed my hair then hair-sprayed it so it would stay for a while. With that, I hesitantly walked out the door and grabbed my purse. I searched the living room for any signs of them, but it looks like they were gone.
I sighed in relief and headed for the door, silently closing it shut. After my house was out of sight I pulled out my iPod and started playing “Monsoon”. I sang along quietly. I also successfully managed to bump into someone. I looked up and saw Haley, my worst enemy. I looked down and tried to brush my way past her, but she didn’t allow it.
“Oh, leaving so soon without saying Hello to your best friend?” Haley said sarcastically while fake pouting. Her other friends giggled and flipped their hair behind their backs.
“I-I-“ I started but didn’t get to finish. I took off running through the crowd. “Loser! Stupid Emo!” I heard people yelling as I took off.
They had no clue what I’ve been through, yet still they have the nerve to bully me. To throw words at me like they don’t hurt. What am I Supposed to do? Smile and say thanks? I don’t think so.

i need to know. i like the story, reminds me of myself so i got to know what happenes.
